The Resuscicare mobile application was created by Resucicare, Inc. as a free to use application. The Resuscicare mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) is provided by Resuscicare, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This policy has been created for the purposes of outlining the details regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when using Resuscicare, Inc. products.

In choosing to use our Product, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Product. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Product, we will NOT require you to provide us with any personal information, and we DO NOT collect data through this application in any way. Any requested device-generated information will be retained on your device and is not collected by Resuscicare, Inc. in any way.

Log Data

While using our Product, in instances of an error, data and information may be collected through third-party products on your device via Error Data Logs. These Logs may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, application configuration, time and date the error has occurred, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from websites you have visited and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Product does not use “cookies”. However, the application may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information for purposes of improving their services.  As the user, you are typically informed of “cookies” being sent to your device and you will have the option to either accept or refuse these “cookies”. Choosing to refuse “cookies” should not affect the use or function of our Product in any way.

Resuscicare, Inc. may employ third-party companies and/or individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Product;
• To provide the Product on our behalf;
• To perform Product-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Product is used.

Resusicare, Inc. values your trust in providing us with Personal Information, should we choose to collect it, and thus, would strive to find the best and acceptable means of protecting it. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and/or reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Please note that Resuscicare, Inc. may not operate these external sites, therefore, it is strongly advised that you to review any and all Privacy Policies of these external sites, if available. Children’s Privacy

This Product does not address anyone under the age of 12. Resuscicare, Inc. does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information from children under 12 years of age. If it is discovered that a child under 12 has provided us with personal information, it will be immediately deleted from any infrastructure we may have access to. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take action to remove the information and/or make the necessary corrections.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Resuscicare, Inc. may occasionally update our Privacy Policy, thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Notifications of any changes will be promptly posted to the start of this page followed by the newly revised Privacy Policy.
